About this tool
Many forms need a small photo of a fixed size, and a studio can be inconvenient for a quick job. This tool crops your photo to a common passport or ID size, lets you zoom and move it until the face sits correctly in the frame, and can lay out several copies on a 4 by 6 inch or A4 sheet ready to print. Your photo is never uploaded.
How to use it
- Choose a clear, front-facing photo taken against a plain, light background.
- Select the photo size your form asks for, then use Zoom and the position sliders to center the face.
- Choose one photo or a print sheet, select Create photo, and download the JPG. Print sheets at actual size (100%).

Questions and answers
Which size should I choose?
Use the size written on your form or the official website of the office you are applying to. Common sizes are 35 x 45 mm and 2 x 2 inch, but requirements differ by country and purpose.
Does it remove or change the background?
No. It only crops and resizes. Take the photo against a plain, light wall in even light so no background editing is needed.
Why does my print look the wrong size?
Print the sheet at 100% or Actual size. If your print dialog says Fit to page, the photos will be scaled and will not match the size you chose.
Can I upload the print sheet to an online form?
No. Upload the single photo (JPG) to online forms. The print sheet is meant for a printer or a photo shop.
Your files stay with you
This tool opens and changes your file inside your own browser. Your documents are not uploaded to a server. Keep a copy of your original file, and on a shared computer delete downloaded files when you are done.
