About this tool
Banks, job applications and visa forms often ask for a copy of both sides of an ID card, license or similar card in a single file. This tool takes a photo of the front, then the back, cleans up the lighting the same way as a scanner, and saves both sides as one PDF. Nothing is uploaded, so your ID stays on your device.
How to use it
- Select Take photo for the front side, or choose an existing photo from your gallery.
- Do the same for the back side if your form needs it. The back is optional.
- Pick a scan filter, then select Create PDF and download the file.
Questions and answers
Can I scan just one side?
Yes. Add the front side, leave the back empty, and the PDF will have one page.
Does this work for any card?
Yes, it works for any ID, membership or bank card. Follow your bank or office's own rules about sharing card details, especially for payment cards.
Which filter should I choose?
Clean scan suits most cards. Black and white gives the smallest file for plain text cards. Original colors keeps logos and colored details as they are.
Is my ID uploaded anywhere?
No. The photo is processed and combined into a PDF inside your browser.
Your files stay with you
This tool opens and changes your file inside your own browser. Your documents are not uploaded to a server. Keep a copy of your original file, and on a shared computer delete downloaded files when you are done.
