About this tool
A QR code lets someone scan a link, a phone number or a short message with their phone camera instead of typing it. Type or paste your text, and the code updates as you type. Choose a size and colors, then download it as a PNG image for most uses, or as an SVG if you need to resize it without losing sharpness, for example on a poster or a business card.

Questions and answers
What is Error correction for?
It lets the code still scan correctly even if part of it is dirty, creased or covered by a small logo. Higher levels are more reliable but make the code slightly more detailed. Medium suits most uses.
Can I put a logo in the middle?
Not directly in this tool. If you add a logo over the center in an image editor afterwards, use the High error correction level first so the code keeps working.
How do I add this QR code to a PDF or poster?
Download it as a PNG, then use Edit PDF or Sign PDF and choose Add image to place it on a page, or add it in the design tool you use for your poster.
Is my text sent anywhere?
No. The QR code is created inside your browser. Nothing you type is uploaded.
Your files stay with you
This tool opens and changes your file inside your own browser. Your documents are not uploaded to a server. Keep a copy of your original file, and on a shared computer delete downloaded files when you are done.
